That’s why each quote is crafted after a thorough discussion of your project, considering the service type, duration, and any special requirements you have. This approach allows us to align on expectations and ensures that you receive a fair, detailed quotation that reflects the bespoke nature of your photography session. I'm here to answer any questions and provide a quote that aligns with your needs and expectations.

My photography packages are comprehensive, including a pre-shoot consultation, the photography session, professional editing and retouching, and the delivery of high-resolution images. Additionally, you will receive access to a dedicated page for your photos and cloud storage solutions for easy access and sharing. My packages are designed to provide a complete and hassle-free experience, from the initial consultation to enjoying your beautiful images.

To ensure we can bring your vision to life without compromise, booking in advance is always advised. This is particularly important for events and weddings, where dates can fill up quickly. I understand, however, that life can be unpredictable, so I'm also flexible in accommodating last-minute arrangements whenever my schedule allows. To discuss your upcoming project and secure a date, please get in touch.

I understand that plans can change, which is why my cancellation policy is designed to be as accommodating as possible. Upon booking, I charge a 25% booking deposit fee to secure your session. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, I ask that you contact me at the earliest opportunity. If the session is cancelled a week or more in advance, your deposit will be refunded in full. For cancellations made less than a week prior, the deposit becomes non-refundable but can be used as a credit towards rescheduling the session at a later date (within 3 months).

You will receive your photos digitally through a secure online gallery or via USB, depending on your preference. A dedicated client page for your photos is also provided for ease of access and sharing. Turnaround times vary depending on the scope of the project, but I always aim to deliver efficiently without compromising quality. We will discuss the expected timeline during our initial consultation to ensure it meets your needs.

My commitment to client satisfaction is paramount. I take pride in delivering work that not only meets but exceeds your expectations. If, for any reason, you have concerns about the final images, I am dedicated to resolving these through additional edits or necessary steps to ensure the final product perfectly captures your vision. My aim is to provide not just images, but memories that you cherish and are proud to share.
